  • Pre-existing damage or excessive wear to garments.

  • Color bleeding, fading, or shrinkage due to manufacturer defects or improper labeling.

  • Delicate or specialty items not clearly separated or disclosed in advance.

  • Loss or damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, gum, makeup, lighters).

  • Unclaimed laundry not picked up or delivered within 30 days.

We recommend you clearly separate delicate or specialty items and notify us of any concerns before pickup.

We want you to feel amazing every time your laundry comes back! If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do everything we can to make it right, including re-cleaning items when needed.
